Customer Survey

We use customer surveys as one way to improve and monitor the quality of our products and services. If we have performed a service for you, please take the time to fill out our survey so that we may learn how to better serve our customers. It is critical that you be honest. Even if you think a detail is trivial, we don’t. If it bothered you, we want to hear about it. If it is something that one of our employees did that you felt was going the extra mile, tell us. We love to recognize our employees for a job well done, or exceeding customer expectations. We pride ourselves on the number of repeat customers we have in each of our markets.
 
In order to complete a customer survey, it is necessary to register. When we receive your completed survey, we occasionally call to follow-up and make sure that we understand the information as it was presented. For your time, we will send you a $5.00 gift certificate to use at a local merchant in your area.
